On Monday, July 6, the first pillar of the Fiera Ice Arena was erected, marking a major milestone in the construction of the new ice sports facility at the Fieramilano Rho exhibition centre near Milan. The arena will become the future home of the Milano Hockey Club, the newest member of the win2day ICE Hockey League. The project is being realized through a €7 million investment fully funded by Fondazione Fiera Milano. The arena is scheduled to become operational in early October 2026 and will host not only the home games of Milano Hockey Club but also all youth and women's activities of the Milano HC Prospects. The annual medical conference of the win2day ICE Hockey League and the Alps Hockey League took place in Bolzano over the weekend.
