KHL Sisak – S.G. Cortina Hafro
Since Tuesday, KHL Sisak can no longer be displaced from the top five and has therefore officially secured a spot in the Master Round and the Alps Hockey League Playoffs. S.G. Cortina Hafro, on the other hand, will have to continue their season via the Qualification Round. Nevertheless, both teams are battling for valuable bonus points and a better starting position for the intermediate round. Cortina won both previous meetings this season, each time prevailing in a penalty shootout.

HC Migross Asiago – Red Bull Hockey Juniors
HC Migross Asiago currently sits in fourth place and is close to clinching a playoff berth, but will not be able to secure qualification on Thursday – even with a three-point win against league leaders Red Bull Hockey Juniors. The Juniors were the first team to punch their ticket to the playoffs and are now fighting to defend their pole position heading into the Master Round. They won both previous season encounters, scoring seven goals in each game.

Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan – HC Meran/o Pircher
The Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan still have a mathematical chance of reaching the Master Round, but would require near-perfect results in their five remaining games and additional help from other teams. Meran currently sits in tenth place and is therefore already out of reach of the Master Round. The two previous meetings between these teams this season were comfortably won by the Broncos.

Hockey Unterland Cavaliers – EK Die Zeller Eisbären
EK Die Zeller Eisbären have officially secured their place in the Master Round and the playoffs since Tuesday. They became the third team to qualify for the postseason and are now competing for important bonus points for the Master Round. The Hockey Unterland Cavaliers, meanwhile, remain rooted to the bottom of the standings and will definitively finish the regular season with the wooden spoon.
