Expert journalists voted Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey forward Anthony Salinitri Alps Hockey League´s 2021/22 Most Valuable Player (MVP). The 24-year-old Canadian is currently playing his first season with the Italians. With outstanding performances in the playoffs, in which he scored nine goals so far, the center played a major role in Asiago's final qualification.

Anthony Salinitri of Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey was named MVP of the 2021/22 Alps Hockey League season, making him the most important and valuable player. It is the first individual award in his professional career for the 24-year-old Canadian, who was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in 2016. In 45 games so far this season, the North American, who is playing his first year in Europe, has scored 55 points. With 30 goals, Salinitri is currently the league's second-best goal scorer. The left-shooter scored nine goals in the playoffs alone. On Saturday, April 9th Salinitri starts with Asiago in the "best-of-five" final series against HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice.

Eric Pance of HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice follows in second place. The Slovenian is leading the scoring charts with 79 points. Last year's MVP Brad Mc Gowan from HC Gherdeina valgardena.it follows in third place.
