Aron Summer has undergone a great development in his first year in the win2day ICE Hockey League. In 2023, the defender always received at least the fourth most time on ice. Before that, Summer was also part of the Austrian U20 national team, playing six games at the World Championship.

Aron Summer: "I have always felt the confidence of the coaching staff, which has helped me a lot in my development. The goal for the upcoming season is to take the next step and play a good season."

Head coach Marc Habscheid: "Aron is physically very strong for his age. His progression from junior to his first professional year with the Pioneers is impressive. His exemplary attitude has earned him more and more ice time on an ongoing basis. Aron will definitely be a player to watch in the upcoming season."
