With EHC Lustenau and Red Bull Hockey Juniors, two winners from the season opener met on Tuesday. In a highly entertaining match, the Salzburg side took the lead twice, but in the end the hosts celebrated a 4:2 victory. The decisive factor in the second home win in a row was the efficiency on power play. Three of the four goals were scored with one man more on the ice. Player of the evening was Lucas Haberl, who contributed significantly to the success with his two goals.

BEMER VEU Feldkirch - EC-KAC Future Team 1:4
In the eleventh AHL meeting, the EC-KAC Future Team managed only their second win against Feldkirch. After the home side had been unlucky with a shot at the post after only a few seconds, Jannik Fröwis scored on a rebound in the eighth minute to give Klagenfurt the lead. Yannik Lebeda equalised in the first period, but Fröwis gave the KAC the lead again in the middle period. In the third period Niklas Ofner scored the decisive goal to make it 1:3. When VEU goalie Alex Caffi was replaced by a sixth skater in the final period, Niki Kraus took advantage of this to score another goal - the final score 1:4.
