Asiago wins finals opener

Matteo Tessari was absent for the home team. The Ritten played with the same formation that won game 5 of the semifinals in Jesenice. Then with the passing of the minutes the home team returned to play with calmer and tranquillity. After a scrum in the defence of the visitors, the referees assigned a penalty to the hosts but Killen saved (like a soccer goalkeeper) on Anthony Nigro. Then the Rittner Buam gave a lot of energy in attack zone but the twin Alhstrom and Frei didn’t finalize. Asiago, on the other hand, was more concrete. Rosa served a perfect assist for Conci who scored 3: 0 after 34 minutes. During the third time the home team was exemplary in defense. The Ritten don’t find winning opportunities to reopen the race. There wasn’t episode in favour of the Buam that could come back in to the game Borgatello & Co. The game arrived at the final minutes. Rosa, Caletti and Traversa didn’t changed the result for the respective parts. The Asiago, tactically perfect, won 3: 0 as they took the lead in the final series for 1: 0. Frederic Cloutier earned his seventh seasonal shutout.
