Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey 1935 – EHC Alge Elastic Lustenau 4:3 (2:1; 1:1; 1:1)
As expected the game reserved immediately a burst of emotions. The Asiago unlocked the result with an action by Josè Magnabosco after 98 seconds of play. Lustenau equalized with Philip Putnik after a lucky rebound in the board. But Asiago, shortly after, came back in advantage thanks to a quick action of Pace-Rosa-Bardaro with the goal of the latter in the wide-open net. Despite three powerplay for Lustenau and a crossbar of Martin Grahber Meier, the result didn’t change. Asiago started like the first period: the new goal was made by Antony Bardaro. The game, however, is not yet decided. Halfway through the game Lustenau shortened the distance with Dominik Oberschieder. Chris D'Alvise tied the results (44.) with a shot that surprised Frederic Cloutier in the middle of the leg pads. But Michele Stevan realized the 4th and decisive goal during a powerplay (47.) always in the middle of the pads. The final forcing of Austrian team didn’t succeed. Asiago reached the Wolves of PUstertal at the top of the standings.
