The LIWEST Blackwings Linz and Fehervar AV19 celebrated wins in the battle for the top-6. But also HCB Südtirol Alperia and EC Red Bull Salzburg booked successes and kept the advantage to the sevenths place. The Moser Medical Graz99ers won against Znojmo and narrowed the gap to the leading position to one point.

The LIWEST Blackwings Linz celebrated the third consecutive win with head coach Tom Rowe and are still close to the top-6 teams. The Blackwings booked a 4:1 win against the Bulldogs. Linz lay the corner stone for the success already in the first period. For the Bulldogs back up goalie Thomas Strolj minded the net. But the Bulldogs already communicated an experienced signing, Joni Myllykoski, for the goal.

The EC Red Bull Salzburg won against the EC-KAC 1:0 and made another step to cover their back to the sevenths place. Salzburg still has five points advantage. Dominque Heinrich scored the only game of the night in powerplay. The EC-KAC still needs one more point to finally book the playoff ticket.

The Moser Medical Graz 99ers won at HC Orli Znojmo with 4:1 and narrowed the gap to the leader to one point. The Czechs have no chances anymore to qualify for the pick round. 99ers-forward Colton Yellow Horn scored twice against his former team.

The HCB Südtirol Alperia celebrated a win against the spusu Vienna Capitals, the leaders of the league. After a goalless opening period, the hosts acted much more efficient in front of the goal. The Capitals didn’t manage to score in the final period, despite putting a lot of pressure onto the goal of Bolzano.

Fehervar AV19 vs. KHL Medvescak Zagreb 10:0 (3:0, 5:0, 2:0)

Fehervar quickly got in the lead against Zagreb, Luttinen put the puck in the net, whereas Kornakker had not much to do on the other end. Right from the beginning Fehervar had full control over the game and booked at the end a 10:0 win. With these three points Fehervar defended the sixths place. The advantage to the LIWEST Blackwings Linz is still only one point.

The HC TWK Innsbruck celebrated a 4:2 success in Villach. The VSV already leaded 2:0, before Innsbruck succeeded with the turnarround the final period. The guests scored all four goals in the final 20 minutes.
