Saturday night another top-duel is on bet-at-home ICE Hockey League’s schedule as leader HCB Südtirol Alperia hosts runner-up spusu Vienna Capitals in team’s 50th meeting. With Hydro Fehérvár AV19 taking on the Moser Medical Graz99ers a second game of two top-5 teams will be on. Further, Rob Daum makes his debut as EC GRAND Immo VSV head coach, whish tries to end losing streak at Innsbruck. All three games are scheduled for 5.30 pm and will be available as pay-per-view video-stream on live.ice.hockey.

  • HCB Südtirol Alperia has to play back-to-back again and will host the spusu Vienna Capitals in the ICE top game on Saturday, who will then play in Salzburg the following day. Bozen plays already tonight, Friday, at home against Linz.
  • It is the duel of the two currently best teams in the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League: HCB leads with three points ahead of VIC, although the leader has played two games less.
  • VIC won the last meeting between the two teams this season 3-2 a week ago, with two late goals turning the game in the Caps' favor. In the first ICE encounter, the "Foxes" turned the game around for the eventual 3-2 win.

  • Rob Daum finally returns as head coach of EC GRAND Immo VSV on Saturday. After he arrived late on Thursday, the "eagles" have also been coached for a third time by interim coach Marco Pewal.
