HC TIWAG Innsbruck – FTC-Telekom 4–5
Innsbruck delivered an intense battle against Ferencváros but narrowly came up short. After a strong start, the hosts took the lead in curious fashion: Sebastian Benker first hit the post, but the puck bounced between goaltender Bálizs’s legs and eventually slid over the line. Early in the second period, Benker scored again – but that’s when the visitors from Budapest really took off. Two power-play goals by Kestilä, plus tallies from Tammela and Bengtsson (again on the power play), earned the Hungarians a 4–2 lead after 40 minutes. The Sharks fought back in the final frame, yet former Innsbruck player Green sealed the victory for FTC with a late goal. Ferencváros thus keep their pre-playoff hopes alive.

HCB Südtirol Alperia – Hydro Fehérvár AV19 5–2
Both teams hit the ice for the second time within 24 hours. While Bolzano collected the full six points from the back-to-back games, Fehérvár ended their road trip empty-handed. Pollock opened the scoring after just 91 seconds. Gildon – who currently leads the league’s plus/minus ranking – doubled the advantage with an impressive solo effort before Schneider made it 3–0 before the first intermission. The visitors reduced the deficit through Mihály in the middle frame, but Misley quickly restored the three-goal cushion. Gildon’s second marker in the 49th minute sealed the deal. In the end, Bolzano celebrated a 5–2 win and climbed to third place, while Fehérvár now sit just one point ahead of local rival Budapest in tenth.
