Hannes Kasslatter took his first steps on the ice in his native Val Gardena before moving to Switzerland at the age of 15: there he played for five years with the juniors of Lugano, at the same time he was also a member of the Italian national teams U18 and U20, before gaining experience between 2019 and 2021 alternately in the jersey of the Ticino Rockets (second Swiss league) and Bellinzona (Swiss Div. 1). He started last season in the MSL in the jersey of Lyss, also appeared for four games in the second division with Langenthal and then returned to Val Gardena. In the Alps Hockey League he made 23 appearances and scored 18 points (9 goals and 9 assists), in between he put on the white and red jersey for the first time on January 14 in the match against Vienna. A few months ago he made his debut in the first Italian national team, with which he played the preparatory matches for the World Cup.

"The experience in Switzerland has helped me a lot, both from the physical and the human side," explains Kasslatter, "it gave me the opportunity to get to know a different kind of field hockey and to work with many good coaches. It was right for me to take this path when I was already 15 years old, but now I'm happy to be here. My first stint in the ICE last season was very emotional and the team immediately welcomed me well: I will give everything, my goal is to learn as much as possible and earn a regular spot. I am already training hard because I want to be fit for August".

Fabio Armani will begin his fourth consecutive season as an assistant coach. The Foxes continue to rely on his experience in terms of building the team and developing young talent. After a long career as a player and then as a coach in Pontebba, Valpellice and Pergine, the 47-year-old from Trentino joined Bolzano in 2019. At the same time, he is head coach of the Italian U18 national team and in recent years has also been an assistant for the Blue Team first team.
