Bryce Misley Joins HCB Südtirol Alperia
HCB Südtirol Alperia has secured the services of Bryce Misley for the 2025/26 season. The 25-year-old center is making the move to Bolzano after three seasons with Asiago, where he put up 105 points in 155 games. Misley recently suited up for Italy at the Division I Group A World Championship, tallying 2 goals, 2 assists and a +5 rating to help the “Azzurri” earn promotion back to the top division.

Drafted by the Minnesota Wild in the fourth round in 2017, Misley brings a mix of skill, size, and two-way play to the Foxes' lineup. After stops in the NCAA, AHL and ECHL, he joined Asiago in 2022 and quickly became a key contributor. Now, he’s ready to take the next step in Bozen: “I chose Bolzano because of the winning culture and tradition. This team plays to win titles – and that’s exactly my mindset. I’ll give everything I’ve got, both offensively and defensively, to help us reach that goal.”

Simeon Schwinger Staying in Klagenfurt
EC-KAC also confirmed a returnee for the upcoming campaign: Simeon Schwinger will continue to wear the red and white in 2025/26. After a breakout season with career-high numbers, the club decided not to activate the opt-out clause in his contract, making the extension official.

The 27-year-old winger notched 15 goals and 25 points across ICE and CHL action – both personal bests – despite limited ice time (13:47 TOI per game). A lower-body injury ended his season prematurely in the playoff semifinals against Linz, but he’s on track to return to full training in early June.
