Bolzano signs Radim Matuš

The HCB Südtirol Alperia signed Radim Matuš. The 29-year-old already played four seasons with Znojmo in the win2day ICE Hockey League. So far this season, the Czech playes with the Eisbären Regensburg (34 games - 15 points). In addition, the HK SZ Olimpija announced that goaltender Anthony Morrone will play with Eispiraten Crimmitschau for the rest of the season. At Olimpija, the Canadian still has a contract until the end of the 2023/24 season.

Radim Matuš has already left Regensburg, where he spent the first part of the season, and arrived in Bolzano. "Radim is a fast and versatile forward who can be used as a center or also on the wing" explains head coach Glen Hanlon, who already had him under contract in Znojmo, "this is an important aspect for the role he will play in the team from now on: he is a fine guy and will integrate easily into the team". At Znojmo, the 29-year-old has risen all the way to captain and has scored a total of 89 points in 194 ICE appearances.

Morrone plays with Crimmitschau for the rest of the season
The HK SZ Olimpija has loaned goaltender Anthony Morrone to the Eispiraten Crimmitschau for the rest of the season. Olimpija still has a contract with the goalie until the end of the 2023/24 season. 19-year-old Luka Kolin will replace Morrone in the Slovenian lineup for the rest of the season.
