Bregenzerwald celebrates huge comeback win against Ljubljana

The EC Bregenzerwald captured a 5:2 success in Fridays only Alps Hockey League game. The Austrians were already trailing by two goals and stroke four goals in the final period for the win.

The hosts fired more shots towards the goal in the first period, but couldn’t outplay Ljubljana Goaly Robert Kristan. The Slovenians did a better job in converting their chances. Luka Ulamec scored the first goal of the night in the 7th minute. Andrej Hebar increased the lead in powerplay still in the first period. Bregenzerwald created couple of good chances but didn’t manage to score. In the second period Christian Haidinger managed to narrow the gap in the 31st minute. In powerplay he converted a pass of Fussenegger. In the final period launched an offensive firework. Juuso Mörsky tied the game in the 54th minute and Fussenegger captured the lead only seconds after that. Daniel Ban increased the lead in the 56th minute before Simeon Schwinger scored for the final result of 5:2
