Bregenzerwald wins High-Scoring-Game in Vienna

The visitors from Vorarlberg led with 2:0 after the first period with Richard Schlögl (5.) and Benjamin Winkler (18.) scoring the goals. In the second period, the ECB scored another three goals. But also the home side scored twice. Among others, Valentin Ploner scored his first goal of the evening in a shorthanded situation. On the side of Bregenzerwald scored among others Rene Tröthan, who also made the final goal.

In the third period VCS could reduce the score to 4:5 in the meantime, but they did not manage to equalize. For Bregenzerwald it was the fifth win in the ninth game of the season. The Silver Caps conceded their tenth defeat in the eleventh game of the season.
