“I got a great pass from Graham Knott and I had some space on the left side, which I used,” Brian Lebler analyzed his 400th league goal, which the Steinbach Black Wings Linz forward scored in Tuesday's 2:3/OT loss in Graz.

Overall, the league record goalscorer already has a considerable lead over second-placed Thomas Raffl, who has 335 league goals. John Hughes follows in joint third place with 309 goals, together with Thomas Koch.

Further milestones are within reach for Brian Lebler. The MVP of the 2014/15 season already has 98 playoff games, meaning he is just two games short of the 100 mark. In addition, the captain of the Black Wings only needs six more points to reach the 700-point mark. Only three players have scored more often than the former Austrian international.
