"Broncos" confirm Goalie Jakob Rabanser

The Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan have extended the contract with their starting goalie Jakob Rabanser and defined Fabian Klammer as his back-up, while EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel presented a new player. We have summarized all further roster activities here.

Jakob Rabanser and Fabian Klammer will form the goalie tandem of the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan also in the 23-24 season. The 22-year-old Rabanser is already starting his sixth season with the "Broncos",especially in his last ten games of the past campaign he knew how to convince with a save percentage of 92.9%. Rabanser has played 94 AHL games so far. For Klammer it is the fifth season in Sterzing. In addition, the 2001-born goalie will also play in Bressanone in the IHL.

Import player strengthens Kitzbühel
EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel has signed Cam Spiro, second new import player for the upcoming season, with the 31-year-old US-American Cam Spiro signing a one-year contract. Last campaign, the forward played for top Danish club SönderjyskE (4G|7A). Before his time in Denmark, he played in the DEL 2 in Freiburg and Bad Tölz.

Linz extends with two forwards
The Steinbach Steel Wings Linz have extended the contracts of Benjamin Mosaad and Manuel Feldbauer. The 20-year-old Mosaad played 37 games in the past season (4G|14A) and was also twice elevated to the ICE squad. Feldbauer finished with two goals and four assists in 36 games. Goalie Leon Sommer, on the other hand, will leave the Austrians and move to Trinity Western University in Canada.

Updates of Jesenice, Unterland and Lustenau
Rudolfs Polcs has left HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice to join French first division side Boxers de Bordeaux. The Latvian finished with 23 goals and 24 assists in 50 games. There is no future for Filip Kokoska (11G|24A) and Santeri Haarala (24G|37A) with the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers, with which the quarterfinalists lose two of their best scorers. With their former player Tobias Steiner, the South Tyroleans filled the vacant position of assistant coach. Meanwhile, EHC Lustenau announced the separation from Adem Kandemir (6G|7A).
