Format – CHL 2025/26
The Regular Season of the Champions Hockey League 2025/26 kicks off on August 28. Each of the 24 participating teams will face six different opponents. All clubs are ranked in a single overall standings table (1–24), with every point counting right up to the final matchday—whether it’s for playoff qualification or a better seeding for the knockout stage.

The top 16 teams advance to the playoffs, where the overall ranking determines the matchups (1st vs. 16th, 2nd vs. 15th, etc.). Four rounds are required to crown the new CHL champion. The first three rounds are played over two legs, home and away, with the aggregate score deciding the winner. The playoffs begin on November 11, and the CHL Final will take place on March 03, 2026, as a single-game decider.
