Clear preseason victory for Bolzano | Graz without a chance

The HCB Südtirol Alperia won in the preseason against Alps Hockey League newcomer Hockey Unteland Cavaliers clearly with 7:2. The Moser Medical Graz99ers however had no chance against Mountfield HK. The Czech top club, which defeated Vienna 3:2 on Tuesday, clearly won with 7:3 against the 99ers.

Mountfield played at a very high tempo, especially in the first 20 minutes. The Graz team had coordination problems and conceded the 0:1 already in the second minute of the game. Head coach Pennerborn's team also conceded many penalties at the beginning, Lev used ogame ine powerplay in the 13th minute to make it 2:0 for the home side. One minute later, the 99ers scored for the first time. Thereupon, the Graz team got into the game better and only two minutes later they were allowed to cheer again. The last goal of the evening was scored by the home side in the final period. In the end, the Czechs deserved to win 7:3.

The HCB Südtirol Alperia had no problems with Alps Hockey League newcomer Hockey Unterland Cavaliers. From the beginning the class difference was noticeable. Miceli provided the only goal in the first period. In the middle period, HCB scored four times. The goals were scored by Hults, Alberga (PP), Dalhuisen (PP) and again Miceli. The hosts were also successful in the second period. So it went with the score of 5:1 into the last period, in which Bolzano scored two more times and Unterland also added one. In the end, the ICE representative deservedly prevailed with 7:2.
