"I am well aware of the high workload that the new coaching position entails in combination with my youth work and the new coaching concept. Nevertheless, for me, retirement from the youth sector was never up for debate. I have invested the past two decades in the development of young players out of deepest conviction. As ICE Hockey League Head Coach, I will continue to regularly accompany junior training sessions," said Dylan Stanley.

In the upcoming season, a total of five full-time coaches will work for the Pioneers Vorarlberg. In addition to Head Coach Dylan Stanley, there will also be an Assistant Coach, Goalie Coach, Junior Coach and Junior Coordinator working at the Vorarlberghalle.
