Emil Kristensen came to Bruneck via Sweden (Allsvenskan and SHL), Finland (Liiga), Switzerland (NLB) and Germany (DEL/Schwenningen) and immediately became an important part of the Wolves' defense. This season, the Dane impressed above all with his solid defensive behaviour, the 29-year-old always put himself at the service of the team. The number 28 scored ten goals - more than ever before in his career. Of particular importance were his last-minute goals in Bolzano and against Innsbruck. With Willcox and Kristensen, Pustertal can thus continue to rely on two important defensive players.

Emil Kristensen: "I am very happy. We had a great season and I felt very comfortable here in Bruneck right away. The fans, my teammates and the club have treated me very well and made it easy for me to extend my contract. I can't wait to be part of this great project at HCP for another season and hope we can take the next step."
