Six games are on the schedule in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga on Sunday, among others the meeting of last seasons finalists Champion HCB Südtirol Alperia vs. EC Red Bull Salzburg. Besides, Zagreb will see the first Erste Bank Eishockey Liga game 2018/19.

Sun, 28.10.2018: Fehervar AV19 – spusu Vienna Capitals (17:30)

• Fehervar AV19 and Leader spusu Vienna Capitals will try to return on the winning-street in Szekesfehervar on Sunday. The Austrians have been defeated by EC-KAC on Friday, the Hungarians have even lost five straight games.
• The spusu Vienna Capitals will travel with good memories to Hungary on Sunday. The Leader has won three consecutive meetings with Fehervar AV19.

• The two teams have shown different faces lately: The Styrians have even been the best club in the last five rounds, they earned 13 points (five wins) during that span. On the other hand, the Vorarlberger have been defeated in nine straight games.

• EC-KAC and HC Orli Znojmo had reasons to celebrate on Friday. Klagenfurt beat Leader spusu Vienne Capitals (7:2) and the Czechs have been successful against Fehervar AV19 at home (4:3). Each team will try to get another win in Klagenfurt on Sunday.
• EC-KAC has won four consecutive home-games against HC Orli Znojmo and has allowed just four goals in total! The „Red Eagles“ have earned their last win in Klagenfurt on December 2nd 2016 or 694 days ago.
• But watch out: HC Orli Znojmo has left the ice as the winner in two straight clashes with EC-KAC. Among others, the Czechs have won the first season-meeting with Klagenfurt at home 18 days ago (2:1).
• EC-KAC goalie David Madlener is leading the goalie-statistics in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga with a save% of 95,6 and a GAA of 1.30. His team-mate, Lars Haugen, is among the top-4-goalies as well, he has a save% of 92,1 and a GAA of 2,08. The Red Jackets have allowed just 24 goals out of 12 games so far. Fewest goals (23) got Bozen. The Czechs have already allowed 50 goals.
• EC-KAC is leading the fair play statistics. The Red Jackets got just 100 PIM so far, Znojmo 151 PIM.

• Zagreb will see the first Erste Bank Eishockey Liga-match of this season on Sunday. The Bears will welcome HC TWK Innsbruck „Die Haie“ in Dom Sportova.
• Each team will try to return on the winning-street after defeats: The Croatians lost in Linz on Friday (4:5), while the Tyroleans stayed without points in Graz (3:4).
• Shark Andrew Yogan has scored at least one goal in three straight meetings with Medvescak. But, the Bears have earned the win in even four straight clashes with Innsbruck; Zagreb has won the first season-clash in Innsbruck 4:3.
• The Tyroleans haven’t won against KHL Medvescak Zagreb on the road since January 13th 2013, 2.113 days or three games.
