There will be fights for points in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga in Bozen, Graz, Villach and Szekesfehervar on Friday and in Znojmo on Saturday.

Three facts prior the first Erste Bank Eishockey Liga-weekend in October:
>The game Champion HCB Südtirol Alperia (4.) vs. Leader Vienna Capitals (1.) will be broadcasted live by SKY Sport HD on Friday (19:15).
>Fehervar AV19 (6.) vs. EHC LIWEST Black Wings Linz (7.) as well as EC Panaceo VSV (8.) vs. EC Red Bull Salzburg (9.) are meetings of two neighbours in the standing.
>The Dornbirn Bulldogs have signed Canadian Brendan O'Donnell at the beginning of this week. The forward is ready for his debut in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga against the Moser Medical Graz99ers.

>Fehervar AV19 (6.) vs. EHC LIWEST Black Wings Linz (7.) is the meeting of two neighbours in the standing: The Hungarians have already earned nine points (four wins) out of six games and are ranked on place 6, while the Upper Austrians have collected eight points (two wins) out of six matches so far and are ranked on place 7.
>Fehervar AV19 has been convincing at home so far: The „Devils“ have been successful in all three home-games.
