Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey - EC-KAC II 4:2
The Klagenfurt team has not yet won any of the eight duels against Asiago in AHL history - on Tuesday they came very close to success at times. Already in the third minute, Rok Kapel put the guests in the lead on PP2. After Michele Marchetti's equaliser (13th), the KAC found an answer and were ahead again just 80 seconds later through Valentin Hammerle. This lead lasted until the 36th minute, when Stefano Marchetti scored on power play to make it 2:2. In the final period, the home side had more of the game and took the victory. Shortly after the restart, Alex Frei scored again on power play and late in the game Jose Magnabosco rounded off the scoring with an empty netter to make it 4:2. With the fifth win in a row, Asiago climbed to fourth place in the standings. The KAC, on the other hand, remains in second-to-last place.

Steel Wings Linz - HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice 1:3
Jesenice extended their winning streak at the Steel Wings, but the Slovenians had to work hard for their eleventh success in a row. After a relatively even first period ended goalless, the visitors finally took the lead in the 28th minute through Blaz Tomazevic. But the home side did not let themselves be rattled and equalised in the middle period through Patrick Gaffal on power play. But only 17 seconds after the restart Jaka Sodja scored to make it 2:1 for the favourites. The Upper Austrians fought hard, but had to concede the third goal one second before the end - Zan Jezovsek scored into the empty net. With their eleventh win in a row, Jesenice equalled their own best mark from last year and are now in second place.

HK SZ Olimpija Ljubljana - SHC Fassa Falcons 6:0
Both Ljubljana and Fassa have not been at their best in recent weeks. The league leaders won only half of their last four games, the Falcons two of their last five. This time, however, the Slovenians quickly made things clear - Nik Simsic and Gal Koren scored for a 2-0 lead after the first period. With two more goals by Ziga Pance and Ziga Pesut, the hosts managed the preliminary decision already in the middle period. After Anze Ropret (45th) scored the first powerplay goal of the evening, Simsic finally made it 6-0 with his second goal. Goalie Paavo Holsa, who saved all 21 shots, celebrated a shutout. While the Slovenians remain at the top of the table, Fassa are still in the last pre-play-off place.
