On Tuesday, Hydro Fehérvár AV19 enters the Pick Round in the bet-at-home ICE Hockey League. The Hungarian side hosts EC-KAC, which have scored in all four meetings so far this season and won three of them. Live on Sky Sport Austria Sunday’s two winning teams will face each other. The third-placed spusu Vienna Capitals welcome league leader HCB Südtirol Alperia.

EC Red Bull Salzburg is free to play on Tuesday. The teams of the Qualification Round will return Friday.

  • The two teams that started the Pick Round victoriously on Sunday will face each other on the second gameday:
    • The third-placed spusu Vienna Capitals booked a 2:1 overtime win in Klagenfurt to start things off.
    • The league leader HCB Südtirol Alperia won 4:2 at home against Salzburg.
  • The teams picked up two wins each from their four duels in the first phase of regular season: HCB won twice after regulation time, VIC needed a penalty shootout for the last success.
  • VIC got only four points from its last five home games (1x OT, 1x SO). The last home win after regulation dates back to January 3rd (4:2 vs. AVS).
  • But the leader struggles on the road too: Bolzano lost its last three games on foreign ice after regulation, picked up only three points from the last five away games.
  • VIC has won 31 of 51 duels with HCB so far. In Kagran, 16 of 26 games went to the Caps.
  • With Jerome Leduc (28 points) and Alex Wall (27), VIC has the two offensively strongest defenders in the roaster.
  • Bozen should have the entire squad available except for Simon Pitschieler, who was absent on Sunday due to an injury.

  • For the fourth-placed Hydro Fehérvár AV19, the Pick Round starts on Tuesday - with a home game against second-placed EC-KAC.
  • The "Rotjacken" suffered a 1:2 defeat after overtime in their intermediate round opener on Sunday.
  • The KAC has scored in all four of its season meetings with AVS so far. An initial two clear wins (4:1 and 5:0) were followed by a shootout home win for the Hungarians (5:4) and an overtime win for the Carinthians in the final round of the first round of the basic round.
  • Of 70 games against each other so far, the KAC has won 38.
  • 12 of 35 duels in Székesfehérvár were tied after 60 minutes, nine times the home team prevailed in the end (7x SO, 2x OT).
