The SHC Fassa Falcons prevailed in the only match of today at the EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel with 7:3 and celebrated already the fifth victory in a row. In the table, the Italians are now in seventh place. Kitzbühel, which has won only one of its last five games, is in 14th place.

Man of the match in the clear success of the SHC Fassa Falcons was Daniel Tedesco with a hat trick. For the forward it was the second hat trick this season. At the beginning of the game it was a balanced game. Fassa took the lead twice, but the home side managed to equalize each time. In the 26th minute of the match, Tedesco put the Italians ahead (3:2). The Falcons then set the tone and increased the lead to 4:2 in the second period. In the final period they scored three more goals and thus Fassa won the second duel of the season with Kitzbühel. In the first meeting they won with 7:4.

Goalkeeper Wieser loaned to Kitzbühel
Goalkeeper Nicolas Wieser has been loaned by the EC Red Bull Salzburg to the EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel until further notice. The 24-year-old native of Villach will play his first match for the Tyrolean team.
