FBI VEU Feldkirch - EHC Alge Elastic Lustenau
While some teams have a break with their players being at the national team, Feldkirch and Lustenau meet twice this week. On Tuesday the clubs face off for the first time at Vorarlberghalle and there is a lot on the line. Lustenau started Master Round with one bonus point and added five more until now, while Feldkirch is still without points. They stretched Asiago in their last game to the limit but the Italians were more efficient and decided it to their favour. Stefan Spannring is out and Lucas Loibnegger's appearance is doubtful. Lustenau already is in playoff shape: After winning the games against Jesenice and Pustertal, they suffered really tight defeats against the favourites from Asiago and Ritten. In the first stage of the regular season there were two away wins in the derby.

EC Bregenzerwald - HC Fassa Falcons
After eight losses in a row, Fassa ended their losing streak just in the home game against Bregenzerwald. On Friday there is the return game of the bottom placed clubs of Qualification Round A in Vorarlberg with both sides missing some important players. The season of Bregenzerwald's Finn defender Antti Kauppila is over due to a meniscal surgery. Because of their bleak playoff prospects, the falcons lost two key players on Sunday. While top scorer Geoff Walker transferred to Sheffield, Stefan Della Rovere signed with Braehead Clan.

EC KAC II - EC 'Die Adler' Stadtwerke Kitzbühel
With their latest defeat in Kitzbühel, EC-KAC II has no more chance to reach the playoffs anymore. In the remaining four games of Qualification Round B, the Carinthians are fighting for a better final palcement. They can do the first step on Wednesday when Kitzbühel comes to town for the return game. The Tirolese have a ten-point deficit to leader Zell am See what makes their playoff chances very slight.
