Five teams with roster updates

With HCB Südtirol Alperia, EC-KAC, Hydro Fehérvár AV19, HC Pustertal Wölfe and EC Red Bull Salzburg, five teams announced a roster update for the upcoming season in the win2day ICE Hockey League on Tuesday: Bolzano (Daniel Frank) and Klagenfurt (Simeon Schwinger) each announced contract extensions, Székesfehérvár parted ways with Markus Philipps.

HC Pustertal, meanwhile, brought Brett Findlay back into the league, while Salzburg presented its second new signing in Andrew Rowe.

HCB Südtirol Alperia has extended the contract with captain Daniel Frank for the 2024-25 season. This will be Frank's twelfth season in the white and red jersey, his third as captain. Last season was one of the most successful in his career: With eleven goals and eleven assists in the regular season and the playoffs (including one goal in the CHL), he equaled his personal points record from the 2020-21 season.

KAC continues with Simeon Schwinger
The all-purpose forward Simeon Schwinger will remain with the Rotjacken for the upcoming season, entering his second full season with the EC-KAC in September and taking up the twelfth forward spot.

HC Pustertal brings Brett Findlay back to the ICE
HC Pustertal Wölfe has strengthened its roster for the upcoming season in the win2day ICE Hockey League with Brett Findlay, as the 31-year-old forward played a total of 197 games in the multinational league for Bolzano and Székesfehérvár in the past.

Brett Findlay joined the win2day ICE Hockey League for the first time in the 2018-19 season, signing with HCB Südtirol Alperia. With the exception of the 2019-20 campaign (Iserlohn and Ingolstadt), he played for the Foxes until 2022. He then moved to league rivals Hydro Fehérvár AV19, where the 31-year-old center recorded a total of 57 goals and 104 assists. Last season he played for HC Slovan Bratislava (13G|26A).

Experienced forward for champions Salzburg
EC Red Bull Salzburg has strengthened its offense with the addition of experienced forward Andrew Rowe. Last season, the 36-year-old was ERC Ingolstadt's top scorer with 14 goals.

Andrew Rowe is Salzburg's second new signing in the current off-season. The 36-year-old US-American has playing experience in the Swedish Hockey League, the Swiss National League, the German Ice Hockey League and the Champions Hockey League.

Most recently in Ingolstadt, Rowe scored 23 points in 44 games. He was one of the best bully players in the DEL and was the Panther's top scorer with 14 goals and 9 assists in the regular season as well as three goals and one assist in seven Champions Hockey League games.
