Fr, 04.12.2020, 19:30: EC Bregenzerwald – HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice
Referees: BRUNNER, LEHNER, Moidl, Reisinger.
In the only match on Friday, the EC Bregenzerwald will play against HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice. Both teams already played against each other once this season. On November 20th, the Slovenians narrowly won with 2:1-SO. All in all Jesenice lost only once this season. In the league table they are in third place with 17 points. Bregenzerwald was able to achieve two clear victories last week and is now 13th in the table. Especially since the signing of the Latvian Roberts Lipsbergs things have been running smoothly for the ECB. The attacker, who has KHL experience, played only four games for the Vorarlberg team, but has already scored eleven points (7G/4A). The ECB scored seven of the ten points when last week's AHL Top Performer was on the ice. Whether against Jesenice further points will be added is questionable, because Bregenzerwald could not win any of the nine AHL duels with the Slovenians so far.
