Four young Rittner Buam eligible to play for Bozen as well

Four youngsters of Alps Hockey League club Rittner Buam, goalie Hannes Treibenreif, the defensemen Ivan Tauferer, Tobias Brighenti and forward Markus Spinell, are allowed to play for Champion HCB Südtirol Alperia in the Erste Bank Eishockey League too. Besides, spusu Vienna Capitals have signed US-defenseman Patrick Mullen, son of former NHLer Joe Mullen.

Defenseman Tobias Brighenti was the first player from Alps Hockey League Vice-Champion Rittner Buam, who got the chance to play for Champion HCB Südtirol Alperia  in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga as well. The 22-year old defenseman has already defended in nine games for the "Foxes". Tobias Brighenti will continue playing for Ritten in the Alps Hockey League after the International Break, but he can get ice-time with Bozen in the Erste Bank Eishockey League as well.
23-year old Ivan Tauferer has already a key-role in Klobenstein. The defenseman has played his first games for the club’s first team at the age of 18teen. He has already earned four Italian Championships and one Alps Hockey League title 2017. Besides, he is Italian national team player too.
Forward Markus Spinell can go for goals and points for each team too. The 21-year old forward has played his first games for the Rittner Buam at the age of 17 and has already earned three Italian Championships and one Alps Hockey League title (2017) so far. Spinell, who is known as a reliable scorer, has potted for the Italian Champion 91 points out of 210 games so far. Besides, he is Italian national team player as well.
Furthermore, goalie Hannes Treibenreif is eligible to play for each team as well. The 21-year old Italian has been back-up goalie for the Rittner Buam lately.

Caps signed US-defenseman
Spusu Vienna Capitals have signed defenseman Patrick Mullen, son of former NHL-player Joe Mullen. The 32-year old US-American started his Europe-career 2016, he has already defended for Riga (KHL), Linköping (SWE) and Mannheim (DEL). Prior, Mullen has spent most time of his career in the American Hockey League (AHL), scoring 183 points out of 414 games.
