Söderberg's career began in Skelleftea, Sweden, and took him through several teams in the Allsvenskan and SHL before he now takes up his first station outside Sweden in Bolzano. His career to date includes 346 appearances and 64 points in the Swedish second division, 39 appearances in the SHL, as well as international experience in the Champions Hockey League and appearances for the Swedish U20 national team.

Andreas Söderberg: "I'm looking forward to having my first experience outside of Sweden in Bolzano. I know that this is a team with a winning mentality and supported by a fantastic crowd. The win2day ICE Hockey League is a championship of level, it will be exciting for sure. I'm a robust defender, I stick to the basics and support the goalkeeper: my job is to prevent the opposition from scoring goals."
