The game schedules for the Intermediate Round of the Alps Hockey League have been confirmed. The five teams already qualified for the playoffs will begin the Master Round on Thursday, February 5. The remaining eight teams will compete in two Qualification Round groups for spots in the Pre-Playoffs, where the final three quarterfinal tickets will be awarded. The Qualification Round kicks off as early as Wednesday with the matchup between EC Bregenzerwald and Rittner Buam SkyAlps.
The top five teams from the Regular Season have already secured their place in the quarterfinals. In the Master Round, they will compete from Thursday, February 5, to Saturday, March 7 (home-and-away format) for playoff seeding and home-ice advantage.
The Red Bull Hockey Juniors, winners of the Regular Season, enter the Master Round in first place with four bonus points, followed by defending champions EK Die Zeller Eisbären (3 bonus points), KHL Sisak (2), HC Migross Asiago (1) and the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan (0). The South Tyroleans secured their Master Round ticket only in the very last game of the Regular Season.
On Thursday, Zell am See will face the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan, while the Juniors travel to Sisak. Asiago will have a bye in the opening round.
Qualification Round divided into two groups
The Qualification Round begins on Wednesday, February 4, with one game, followed by two more matchups on Thursday. Split into two groups of four teams each, the top three teams per group qualify for the Pre-Playoffs, where the remaining three playoff spots will be decided in a best-of-three format: (1st QRA vs. 3rd QRB; 2nd QRA vs. 2nd QRB; 3rd QRA vs. 1st QRB).
The Qualification Round will also be played in a home-and-away format. The final game day is scheduled for Thursday, February 26. After that, the Pre-Playoffs will take place, while the Master Round teams continue their remaining games in parallel. Bonus points in both groups were awarded using the 3–2–1–0 system.
In Qualification Round A, Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel are seeded first and will face HC Meran/o Pircher on Thursday. In Qualification Round B, EC Bregenzerwald hold the top position and will host the Rittner Buam SkyAlps already on Wednesday. On Thursday, S.G. Cortina Hafro and the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers will also be in action. HC Gherdeina valgardena.it will not enter the Intermediate Round until Saturday, while HDD Jesenice will only begin on Saturday, February 14.

Quarterfinals begin on March 10
The playoff pick will take place after the Pre-Playoffs, which run from Tuesday, March 3, to Saturday, March 7. The first quarterfinal game day is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10. The champion of the tenth Alps Hockey League season will be crowned no later than Saturday, April 25.
