Gianluca Vallini joins Ritten | Multiple teams announce roster moves

In recent days, nine Alps Hockey League teams have announced transfers and contract extensions. The most high-profile signing comes from Rittner Buam SkyAlps, who add goaltender Gianluca Vallini to their roster. The 32-year-old spent the past three seasons with Bolzano and previously became an Alps Hockey League champion with Asiago.

Rittner Buam SkyAlps
The two-time champions Ritten strengthen their goaltending department with Gianluca Vallini, who replaces Colin Furlong, who has moved to Pustertal. Vallini spent the last three years with Bolzano. He also brings extensive AHL experience, having made 222 appearances for Val Gardena, Vipiteno, and Asiago. With Asiago, he won the championship in 2022.

The South Tyrolean club also adds 26-year-old forward Stefan Spinell to the roster. The forward previously played for Ritten at youth level and returns to Klobenstein from EHC Thun, where he spent the past three seasons.

HC Migross Asiago
Asiago confirmed two contract extensions: goaltender Rudy Rigoni and defenseman Filippo Rigoni (#89) will remain with the club. While 23-year-old Rudy enters his second season with the senior team of his hometown club, 22-year-old Filippo has been part of the organization since his youth.

EK Die Zeller Eisbären
Timo Pallierer will play his second full season in Zell am See. The 24-year-old appeared in 49 games last season and previously featured in 43 games on loan from Vienna in 2024/25.

Hockey Unterland Cavaliers
Unterland strengthens its defense with 20-year-old Mattia Clericuzio, who appeared 22 times for Ritten last season. The club also extended the contract of 19-year-old Villi Pisetta, who has already played 79 AHL games for Unterland, recording 26 points.

S.G. Cortina Hafro
The Italian side extended the contracts of defenseman Lorenzo Constantini (21) and forward Giacomo Lacedelli (23). Both are homegrown players who have spent their entire careers in Cortina.

Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel
The Tyrolean club adds 20-year-old defenseman Elias Nindler, who played 17 games for Zell am See last season. They also extended the contract of 33-year-old defender Matic Podlipnik, who will enter his fourth season in Kitzbühel.

KHL Sisak
20-year-old forward Nikša Jurić will remain with Sisak. In his debut season, he recorded 12 points in 50 appearances.

HC Meran/o Pircher
Vice-champions Meran extended the contract of defenseman Aaron Golser. The 22-year-old will enter his third season with the South Tyrolean club.

Hockey Club Tigers (EC Bregenzerwald)
The Vorarlberg-based team extended the contracts of five players: defensemen Josef Flick and David König, as well as forwards Ben Grasser, Mathias Haiböck, and Nico Kramer.
