While 24-year-old Cameron Ginnetti spent his entire youth in North America, the defender started his professional career in Asiago. His record with the ICE newcomer: winning three Italian championships, two Italian Super Cups and winning the Alps Hockey League this April. A few months ago, Ginnetti was also called up to the Italian national team for the first time, but was not nominated for the World Cup.

"Bolzano is a team with a long winning tradition and fantastic fans, whereas I can't wait for the games to finally start," Ginnetti said. "The ultimate goal is of course to play for the title: as players we always have great expectations and I am convinced that we will all give 100%, also to continue the winning mentality of HCB. The ICE is certainly a championship of high level and I want to compete with top-class players. My first three years as a professional in Asiago helped me a lot, it was an educational experience and we gained a lot: I take only good memories and I am very grateful. I am happy that they are also participating in the ICE and I hardly expect to return to the ice and give everything, even against them, it will be an exciting challenge".
