After four years with the Moser Medical Graz99ers, Dominik Grafenthin will play for the EC VSV for at least the next two seasons. In the jersey of the 99ers, the 26-year-old German scored 78 points (37G / 41A) in 168 games.

With 17 goals, Dominik Grafenthin was the top goal scorer of Graz last season. Now the German-born player, who lives in Austria since he is seven years old, will be hunting for goals in Villach for at least the next two seasons. The "Eagles" are his third station in the win2day ICE Hockey League. The winger already played one game for Salzburg in the 2011/12 season. Before that, the now 26-year-old went through the Red Bulls academy.

"Villach is a top team, here the development is absolutely going in the right direction. Personally, I would like to take the next step in my career at the VSV in order to be successful together. My goal is to play for the championship with VSV. I'm also really looking forward to the European Champions Hockey League," said the newcomer.
