The Moser Medical Graz99ers did not let their advantage be taken away on the last matchday of the Regular Season and fixed the tenth place with a 4-0 home win over the BEMER Pioneers Vorarlberg. Nicolas Wieser, who filled in for the injured Christian Engstrand, recorded his first shutout for the Styrians, which scored three goals on the power play. Sam Antonitsch and Daniel Woger recorded a brace each. The Vorarlberg team, which started with only 13 skaters, ended their premiere season with nine losses in a row.

The victory of the Graz team made it impossible for HC Pustertal Wölfe to pass the Styrians, despite a 7-2 win at home against HK SZ Olimpija. The "Wölfe" made the decision in this game with three goals in the first five minutes of the second period. Johan Harju scored twice for the South Tyroleans and also gave one assist. HC Pustertal and also Ljubljana missed the postseason in their respective second year of league membership.

Linz turns it and takes pick right
The Steinbach Black Wings Linz have gained self-confidence before the pre-playoffs: Against Hydro Fehérvár AV19, the Upper Austrians turned a deficit into a 4-2 home victory. It was the first win for the Linz team after six defeats in a row. This allowed them to defend their seventh place in the table and to select their opponent (Graz99ers) for the pre-playoffs. Andreas Kristler recorded a brace.

Bolzano’s PP unit cruises past Salzburg
HCB Südtirol Alperia, which had already been determined as the winner of the Regular Season before the last game day, concluded the regular season with a 4-3 home victory over second-placed EC Red Bull Salzburg. Against the defending champions, which started with a young team, the "Foxes" came back from a deficit three times before Cole Hults ensured the decision with his second goal two and a half minutes left. Bolzano scored three goals in overtime. Hults and Angelo Miceli scored twice.

Third-placed HC TIWAG Innsbruck - Die Haie was defeated by spusu Vienna Capitals at the end of the Regular Season, as the Viennese prevailed in the end with 5-3. Until the 50th minute, the "Caps", with Rafael Rotter having to sit out due to injury, squandered a two-goal lead before Ben Finkelstein (53.) and Matt Bradley ensured the decision via an empty-netter (60.). Neither team had a chance to improve or worsen their ranking before this game.

The pairing of Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey against EC-KAC also no longer had any effect on the standings. The Italians, which had a full line-up available, won 5-1 in the end, with Anthony Salinitri scoring a hat-trick. The "Rotjacken" had started without 15 regular players, four players were missing due to injury, eleven players were spared. Jakob Lippitsch and Michael Malle made their debuts in the combat team.
