March, Laner and Erlacher were out for Bruneck. Mark Cepon was absent for Ljubljana compared to the first game. In the first periode the visiting team was much more proactive than 24 hours before. But the dragons didn't seem to be able to overcome the careful defence of the home team. Bruneck, on the other hand, took a few minutes to get ready. There were also two superiorities for the Wolves but the penalty killing of Slovenes was very careful. In the second part of the first the Wolves were a bit more consistent with Ivan Althuber and Markus Gander building good chances. In the end Ljubljana created some good chances.

The second had a decisive turning point. The Wolves started well with Alex De Lorenzo Meo building a clear occasion while Ljubljana tried to give a lot of speed into the game. But the event that changed the game was the first absolute superiority of the whole series of Green Dragons after a clear opportunity for Marko Virtala and the simultaneous penalty of his brother Teemu. Luka Vidmar made the first Slovenian goal of the whole series after 11 seconds of powerplay with a masterful wrist shot. 24 seconds later Ljubljana doubled up with a poisonous diagonal under the crossbar of Zan Jezovsek. But it was not over and the visiting team achieved 3:0 with a shot from Saso Rajsar from the blueline. Ljubljana, therefore, scored three goals in 70 seconds. Soon later Rajsar hit on rebound and Jezovsek made it 5:0. Elliscasis achieved the first goal of the yello-black players from the slot but before the end of the second period there was the 6:1 of Ziga Pesut in counterattack. In the third Hannes Stoll entered to defend the home team's net. In the last period was to report the third goal of Rajsar and the second goal of the Wolves with Oberrauch. Ljubljana won by 7:2 as they drew the final series (1:1). On Sunday the third game will be played in the Slovenian capital.

Goals PUS: Elliscasis (39./Berger), Oberrauch (52./Berger-Hofer)
