Important victory for Asiago

The Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey 1935 won on the road  against Feldkirch for 4-1 as they returned to victory after Wednesday's defeat in Austria against Bregenzerwald. With this victory Asiago remained in touch with the first positions.

The home started in to the game with more energy as they hit a pole in a counterattack. Asiago then reorganized and played better but didn’t find the net of advantage. When missing 66 seconds from the first whistle, Luca Casetti made the first goal for guests in shorthaned after a fast action of yellow-read team. In the second half, Asiago controlled the game but Feldkirch reached the tie wtih Diethard Winzing after 24 minutes. The forward achieved thanks to a perfect assist by Dylan Stanley. Then in the middle of the game there was the turn of the match. Kevin Puschnik took a double minor. The special team of guests was perfect as they made two goals in powerplay. First Anthony Nigro scored with a shot under the legs of opponent goalkeeper and then 43 seconds later with Anthony Bardaro with a shot under the crossbar. In the third time, Asiago and his penalty killing controlled the opponents who were unable to resume the match. Enrico Miglioranzi's goal by a minute from the end in the empty net goal fixed the score on 4-1 in favor of visitors.
