HC TIWAG Innsbruck made their comeback against EC-KAC on Friday after a break of almost one month - but they were not allowed to score a goal yet. The last victory of the Sharks dates back to November 5 - exactly one month later the Innsbruck team wants to bounce back as guests of EC Red Bull Salzburg. HCB Südtirol Alperia also aims to get back on the road of success when it hosts the Moser Medical Graz99ers. Hydro Fehérvár AV19 already ended the negative run and wants to follow up on Sunday against Steinbach Black Wings Linz. EC-KAC, on the other hand, is aiming to extend its winning streak against Tesla Orli Znojmo.

bet-at-home ICE Hockey League:
Sun, 05.12.2021 HCB Südtirol Alperia - Moser Medical Graz99ers 16.00
Referees: NIKOLIC M., VIRTA, Basso, Rigoni

In the first Sunday match HCB Südtirol Alperia will meet Moser Medical Graz99ers. While the Styrians have alternated wins and losses in the past seven games, the Foxes have only managed to take three points from the past five games. Doug Mason already had to vacate his chair - assistant coach Fabio Armani, who took over until the new head coach is announced, could not yet bring the turnaround on Friday. The South Tyrolean team had to admit defeat against Vienna, after an early lead. The start to the ICE weekend was more successful for the Graz team: the 99ers won 2-1 as guests in Linz. Michael Schiechl was responsible for the game-winning goal. The first duel of the season between these two teams was a clear affair for the Styrians, who won 4:0 at the beginning of November. Andrew Gordon scored a hat trick. However, the Foxes are still just ahead of the Styrians in the standings. If Jens Gustafsson's team manages another success, they would be close on the Foxes' heels.

Sun, 05.12.2021 EC Red Bull Salzburg - HC TIWAG Innsbruck - The Sharks 16.30
Referees: NIKOLIC K., OFNER, Nothegger, Seewald | PPV-Stream

After five wins in a row, EC Red Bull Salzburg suffered its second defeat after penalty shootout in a row on Friday. After the Red Bulls lost against leader Ljubljana last Sunday, they had to admit defeat also at HC Pustertal on Friday. The Innsbruck team made their comeback on Friday after a break of almost one month. However, this did not go to the taste of the Sharks - they had to admit defeat at home with 0:4 against the KAC. The last Innsbruck goal was already a month ago - Joel Messmer scored the equalizer against Vienna, but even then it was not enough to win. Not least because of this, the Sharks fell back to sixth place and the chasers for the top group are already lurking just behind them. This is the first time the two teams have met this season. In the last meeting of the preseason, the Sharks celebrated a 4:2 success after trailing 0:2.

Sun, 05.12.2021 Steinbach Black Wings Linz - Hydro Fehervar AV 19 17.30
Referees: FICHTNER, SMETANA, Bedynek, Gatol | PPV-Stream

The Steinbach Black Wings Linz welcome Hydro Fehérvár AV19 on Sunday. After the Upper Austrians recorded two wins in a row in mid-November, hope came to climb the table a bit. Since then, however, they have lost four of their last five games and the red lantern has returned to Linz. Most recently, the Black Wings were narrowly beaten by the Graz99ers. Fehérvár, on the other hand, was able to end its four-game losing streak on Friday and even regain second place. The two teams are meeting for the third time this season - but for the first time in Linz. After a clear success of the Hungarians in October, the Black Wings could take revenge in November.

Sun, 05.12.2021 Tesla Orli Znojmo - EC-KAC 17.30
Referees: HRONSKY, SOOS, Durmis, Kis-Kiraly | PPV-Stream

Tesla Orli Znojmo hosts EC-KAC in the last game on Sunday. While the Czechs alternated wins and losses in the last five games, the Klagenfurters are now undefeated for five games and could advance to fourth place as a result. Most recently, the KAC managed a 4-0 shutout victory over Innsbruck. But the fact that they have to take Znojmo into account is shown by the 10:2 win of the Czechs over Bolzano last week. And also the Klagenfurter got to feel the offensive power of Znojmo in this season. In September, the KAC were defeated 0:6. But the KAC took revenge just one month later with a shutout. In fact, the last three games of the season were decided with a shutout by the home team.
