HC TIWAG Innsbruck has signed Canadian forward Ryan Valentini from the Dundee Stars of the EIHL. The soon-to-be 27-year-old center, known for his strong and dangerous play, recorded 60 points (27 goals, 33 assists) in 53 appearances last season, making him the third-highest scorer in his league. Valentini started his European career in the Alps Hockey League with the Wipptal Broncos in Sterzing, followed by stints in Slovakia, the DEL 2 and most recently in the EIHL.

HC TIWAG Innsbruck Head Coach Jordan Smotherman: "Ryan will give us a huge boost offensively. He has great potential in terms of technique and speed, which will cause problems for our opponents. We're delighted to have him in the team."
