HCB Südtirol Alperia won (2:1) in Graz on Sunday and earned their sixth straight victory against the Styrians. Each team searched their luck in the offense (32:36-shots): MacKenzie netted the 1:0 with a blueliner (10.). The Moser Medical Graz99ers responded quickly: King finished an attack and beat Irving just 145 seconds later– 1:1 (13.). In minute 30, Blunden, who made his first game after a long-time-injury, surprised G99-goalie Höneckl with a shot and gave his team the lead again – 2:1. Then, each club had enough chances for further goals, but the netminders Höneckl and Irving allowed no more goals. So, Bozen took three points from Graz on Sunday and defended place 4.

Fehervar AV19 won 5:4 after Overtime in Dornbirn on Sunday and defended place 6. The Hungarians netted four out of five goals with their Special Teams: The guests took the lead three times, but the Austrians responded always. In minute 56, Timmins even gave the Vorarlberger the lead for the first time - 4:3. There was a big crowd infront of the net and the forward managed to poke the puck in. Fehervar AV19 didn‘t give up and got a late Power Play, in which Kuralt potted his 2nd goal of the game – 4:4. The match went to Overtime, where Erdely netted the Game Winner for the Devils in a shorthanded situation.

EHC LIWEST Black Wings Linz were on fire against EC Panaceo VSV. The Upper Austrians won 5:0 and stayed in contact with the Top 6. The Special Teams have already decided the match for the Upper Austrians in the first 15 minutes: Rick Schofield (6./pp), Andreas Kristler (12./sh) and Kevin Kapstad (15./pp) gave their team a 3:0-lead. The Steel Citizens were the chiefs on the ice after the re-start too and were finally rewarded with the 4:0 netted by Lebler (32). DeSilva has even added the 5:0 in a Power Play in minute 47. The Upper Austrians won their second game under the lead of Head Coach Tom Rowe.

HC Orli Znojmo won in Innsbruck 6:3 and defended place 9. The Czechs were more effectiv. HC TWK Innsbruck „Die Haie“ made the game, but Mrazek (Penaltyshot) netted the first goal of the game for HC Orli Znojmo. The Sharks continued applying pressure and were finally rewarded with the 1:1 potted by Yogan. In period 2, each team scored twice. Lammers (25.) and Yogan (36.) gave their team the lead twice, but Luciani (32./pp) and Hlava (39.) had quick answers. Innsbruck had some good chances early in the third period too, but could not beat goalie Halasz anymore. The Czechs were more effectiv and decided the game with three goals from Parkkonen (47.) and Luciani (55., 59.) – 6:3.
