The former captain of the Dornbirn Bulldogs is described as a “two-way center, who can be installed as a wing too”, Bolzano mentioned in the press release.

After the 29-year-old was drafted by the Boston Bruins back in 2008, he played predominantly at their farm team Providence Bruins in the American Hockey League collecting 103 points in 227 games. Afterwards he moved to Eisbären Berlin for his first season overseas and clinched the DEL championship. Following by a short stop at Lukko in Finland, he moved to the Dornbirn Bulldogs during 2013-14 season. He stayed there for five years, before he signed at the spusu Vienna Capitals. After 19 games for the Viennese he headed back to DEL, contesting in seven games for Augsburg Panther.

„We will work hard to perform like their past level of success, to get back the title to Bolzano. I am ready to make my contribution to that”, Arniel said.
