HD Jesenice – Red Bull Hockey Juniors
With eight wins from their last nine games, Jesenice have established themselves in the top group. A point or more against the Juniors would see the Slovenians reclaim first place. Head coach Martin Ekrt’s team have taken the maximum 15 points from their five home games so far. Salzburg, meanwhile, have suffered three straight defeats and have seven points from ten games. In the first meeting of the season, Jesenice won 5:1 at home, with young talent Žan Špari Leben scoring a hat-trick.

EC-KAC Future Team – Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan
Just three days after their first meeting of the season, Klagenfurt and Sterzing face each other again. On Saturday, the Broncos won 6:3 at home and climbed to eleventh in the standings. The Carinthians, who have picked up four points from eight games, sit one place behind them in twelfth. Sterzing have lost all three of their away games so far, conceding 19 goals in the process.

Hockey Unterland Cavaliers – HC Migross Asiago
After nine games of the season, Unterland have recorded two wins. Fourth-placed Asiago have alternated wins and defeats over their last four games; on Sunday, the Yellow-and-Reds came up short against Ritten in a shootout. Asiago have won the last four meetings, including a 6:5 shootout victory at home in early October.
