The foxes describe Spinozzi as an all-round defender, lefty, strong on the defensive end with playmaking abilities and he might get an important part during foxes’ powerplays in the upcoming season.

He took his first steps in Onatrio Hockey League, playing for three different teams, where he was promoted to team’s captain at Sarnia Sting. Back in 2017 he moved to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, the farm team of Pittsburg, appearing 16 times in American Hockey League. Further, he showed up in ECHL for the Wheeling Nailers same season. In the past one he played for both teams too, with a strong performance especially for the Nailers. He posted 38 points (17 G | 21 A) during last year’s campaign. While his father was coaching in France for almost one decade, Spinozzi was part of Amiens’ youth squad in 2010-11.

„When I was young, I could attend several training camps around Europe, like France, Switzerland, Finland or Sweden. During that period, I felt the desire to play professional hockey in Europe. I feel very comfortable in the bigger rink and I am a ‘two way’ defender with some offensive potential. Last summer I met Angelo Miceli, who pointed out many positive aspects of Bolzano and its organization. I try to give my best every single game to win”, Spinozzi explained.
