EC-KAC Future Team - Steel Wings Linz 6:2
After four losses the EC-KAC Future Team got off to a good start against the Steel Wings Linz. Rok Kapel scored after just 109 seconds to give the hosts the lead, Niki Kraus increased it to 2:0 in the eighth minute and Finn van Ee even scored the third goal for the Klagenfurt side just a little later. In the middle period, Jannik Fröwis and Tobias Sablattnig provided the preliminary decision with two more goals. In the end, the Carinthians won 6:2 and thus also decided the seventh duel against Linz in the Alps Hockey League in their favour. While the KAC improved to seventh in the table, the Upper Austrians are in 15th place.

Red Bull Hockey Juniors - EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel 3:4
After a relatively even first period, the Red Bull Hockey Juniors, who had to deal with a few absences, took command. With 23:4 the shot statistics in the middle period were clearly in favour of the home side, but after goals by Lucas Thaler (38th) resp. Wilhelm Schröder (40th) the score was 1:1. In the third period the Salzburg team pulled ahead to 3:1 within six minutes, but Kitzbühel came back. Raivo Freidenfelds halved the deficit in the 54th minute, and the visitors pulled goalie Paul Mocher for a sixth skater in the final period. Freidenfelds equalised the score 72 seconds before the end of regulation and Martin Urbanek even turned the game in the visitors' favour nine seconds before the end. In the eleventh AHL duel, the Tyroleans won for only the second time against Salzburg - the first time away. The tenth-placed Eagles are now one place ahead of the Juniors in the standings.

S.G. Cortina Hafro - Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan 2:3
After two recent defeats, Cortina started the home game against Sterzing with a lot of pressure and took the lead in the 15th minute through Marco Sanna. In the middle period, the home side again had good chances, but failed at first because of Broncos goalie Jakob Rabanser, who recorded a total of 44 saves. After the visitors equalised through Niklas Salo, Carlo Finucci gave the hosts the lead again in the 38th minute. But in the final period Sterzing took command and equalised through Markus Gander. In the 53rd minute Tobias Kofler even turned the game in favour of the Broncos, who managed to hold on for the narrow 3:2 victory. With twelve points from five games, the Broncos are currently in fifth place. Still unbeaten at the top of the table after three match days, S.G. Cortina Hafro slipped to eighth place with their third defeat in a row.
