Both Innsbruck and Bolzano saw their three-game winning streaks come to an end on Friday. Adam Helewka gave the Tyrolean team the lead after just 23 seconds - the league's top scorer ran alone towards Gianluca Vallini and gave the goalkeeper no chance. The Italians recovered from the quick deficit and equalized in the 18th minute with a Finoro goal. Early in the middle period Bryce Misley even turned the game in favor of the home side. Asiago did not show any fatigue in the third game in four days and kept up the pace of the league leaders. In the 50th minute Nick Saracino provided the decision. In Feldkirch, the Pioneers and Bozen had an open exchange of blows right from the start. The home side took the lead after just three minutes through Jarusek. In the further course of the game, the Foxes managed to equalize at 3:3 and later at 4:4. Despite a shot ratio of 40:18 in favor of the visitors, who had to chase a deficit for almost the entire match, the victory finally went to the bottom of the league at 5:4 thanks to Jacome's decisive goal.
