HDD Jesenice – KHL Sisak
Jesenice ended the year with a narrow loss to Zell am See, while Sisak defended the top spot in the standings with a convincing win over Unterland. The Croatian side broke the 100-goal mark, while the Slovenians have scored just 79 times — the third-lowest offensive output in the league. The teams have met twice this season: Sisak won the first encounter, but Jesenice struck back shortly before Christmas with a 6–3 home victory.

Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan – Red Bull Hockey Juniors
Sterzing closed out 2025 with a 2–5 defeat in Asiago, whereas the Red Bull Hockey Juniors returned to action after a week-long break with an emphatic 7–1 home win over Cortina. Although the Broncos are not among the league’s strongest home teams, they have won four of their last five games in Sterzing. Salzburg sits second both in the overall and the away standings. The Red Bulls have won both previous meetings this season.

HC Gherdeina valgardena.it – EK Die Zeller Eisbären
Gherdeina earned one point in Kitzbühel in its final game of the year, while Zell am See edged Ritten in a shootout. The South Tyrolean side ranks third in home performance, collecting 29 of its 35 total points on home ice. However, the visitors from Salzburg are the league’s best road team. The head-to-head record this season is tied 1–1, with both sides winning their respective home games.

Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel – EC Bregenzerwald
Both teams returned to winning ways on Tuesday. Kitzbühel defended fourth place, while Bregenzerwald kept pace with the Master Round positions. The Tyroleans have won 10 of their 14 home fixtures this season, while the Vorarlberg side has lost its last three away games. The season series is tied 1–1, with both teams claiming home victories.

HC Meran/o Pircher – HC Migross Asiago
Meran has alternated wins and losses over its last nine games, most recently falling to Bregenzerwald. Asiago, on the other hand, extended its win streak to three and climbed to fifth place. Ryan Valentini (51 points) and Nicholas Porco (43) continue to lead the league’s scoring chart. New addition Tommaso Traversa is also in fine form, scoring four goals in as many games. Against his former team, he will look to continue that momentum. The season series stands at 1–1, with both sides winning on the road.

Hockey Unterland Cavaliers – Rittner Buam SkyAlps
The Cavaliers had no chance against the league leaders, while a depleted Ritten lineup managed to grab one point in Zell am See on Tuesday. The two-time AHL champion has dropped out of the Top 5 but remains just one point behind fourth place. Bottom-ranked Unterland has struggled defensively, conceding 22 goals in its last four outings. The season series is tied 1–1, both games ending in away wins.
