HC TIWAG Innsbruck announced the contract extension with 28-year-old center Corey Mackin. Daniel Leavens will not play for the Tyrolean team anymore, the winger moved to Hydro Fehérvár AV19. Furthermore, defenseman Clayton Kirichenko extended his contract with the BEMER Pioneers Vorarlberg.

After two years with HC TIWAG Innsbruck, Daniel Leavens moves to Hydro Fehérvár AV19. In the current season, the 29-year-old Canadian even qualified for the Champions Hockey League with the "Sharks", the winger came to 60 points (23G, 37A) in 48 games. "I'm looking forward to it. As an opponent, it was always the most difficult to play in Fehervar. I want to help where I am needed," says the new arrival.

Clayton Kirichenko returns to Feldkirch
The BEMER Pioneers Vorarlberg extended the contract with defenseman Clayton Kirichenko for another year. The 27-year-old Canadian was well on his way to becoming the Pioneers' No. 1 defenseman in the fall of 2022 after a strong preseason. However, he suffered a lower-body injury in just his second championship game, putting him out of action for the rest of the season.
