Goalkeeper Matthias Tschrepitsch joins the EC Bregenzerwald on loan. He last played at the spusu Vienna Capitals. The 20-year-old will play in the upcoming season at the Dornbirn Bulldogs in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga as well. EC Die Adler Kitzbühel announced a new signing. Defensman Simon Duran returns to Austria after playing four years in Slovakia. In addition a contract extension was announced by Hafro Cortina Hockey.

Austrian goalie Matthias Tschrepitsch went on loan from Vienna to Dornbirn. The 20-year old will play for EC Bregenzerwald in the Alps Hockey League and for the Dornbirn Bulldogs in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga in 2019/20. The youngster has spent his youth with the EV spusu Vienna Capitals organization so far. In the past two seasons he has even guarded the net for the Caps eleven times in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga.

Duran returns to Austria
Defenseman Simon Duran returns to his home-country Austria. The 20-years old played in Slovakia since 2014. Now he joins the EC Die Adler Kitzbühel. The last four years, Duran spent with HC Topoľčany. For the West-Slovakians Duran has already defended 65 times in Slovakians second highest League scoring eleven points. 

Now Duran is looking forward to his challenge in Kitzbühel: "My goal is to be at the top every season. The squad of Kitzbühel looks pretty good and I am confident that with hard work and great team spirit we will play an important role in the strong Alps Hockey League. I'm looking forward to the new challenge and my new teammates."

Barnabo extends his contract in Cortina
Italo-German Luca Barnabo will go for goals and points for Hafro Cortina Hockey in the upcoming season as well. The 23-year old forward has been a key-player for the Italians past season, scoring 19 points (13G/6A) out of 46 Alps Hockey League matches.
