With Felix Nussbacher, a new goalie joined EHC Lustenau. While EC Bregenzerwald signed an experienced defenseman, Gardena announced three forwards for the upcoming season in the Alps Hockey League. In addition, there were contract extensions in Cortina, Jesenice and Merano.

Due to the serious injury of goalie Felix Beck, the EHC Lustenau has signed Felix Nussbacher for the next months. The 23-year-old spent the last years with the Moser Medical Graz99ers in the win2day ICE Hockey League.

Bregenzerwald signs experienced defender
Henri Auvinen, who last played for Bordeaux in France, strengthens the defense of EC Bregenzerwald. The 30-year-old has a lot of experience, he was among other things seven years in the highest Finnish league and once won the Liiga title with JYP Jyväskylä. The new arrival will also have an important role in the further development of the club's young defenders.

Three forwards for Gardena

Michele Zanatta stays in Cortina
Michael Angelo Zanatta has extended his contract with Hafro Cortina Hockey. After coming back to Cortina in 2017 from three years in Swiss NLB, the 34-year-old defender gained 71 points (17G, 54A) in 256 Alps Hockey League games.

Tim Borse heads into second season with Jesenice
Last season Tim Borse played for the second team of HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice, he also got one appearance for the Alps Hockey League side. Now the 21-year-old defender, who spent two years in Canada earlier in his career, tries to reach the next level.

Meran extends with two talents
Two youngsters have extended their contracts with HC Meran/o: Forward Jakob Fuchs (19 years) and defenseman David Pföstl (23) stay with the Eagles. Together, the two have played 91 AHL games so far.
